He was a schoolboy like any other – apart from his extreme love for all things ballet.
Leo Dixon, who grew up in Mannamead, is now a professional dancer for The Royal Ballet in London.
But with humble beginnings in Plymouth, the 22-year-old says he will not forget the city where his passion for ballet began
And Leo, whose mum still lives in his childhood home, would love the opportunity to perform in the South West again in the future.
"I am proud of what I have accomplished so far in London," he said, "but I always have good memories from Plymouth as it is where I began my training and my passion for ballet started.
