13th October 2017
An inspirational dance teacher from Plymouth has been shortlisted for a Pride of Britain award.
Chris Gilchrist, 31, started his dance school Rhythm City in 2007 as a way of encouraging young people to get off the streets.
He says his initiative helped to stop youths from causing trouble and has guided them into having brighter futures.
Chris has now been selected as a regional finalist of the TSB Community Partner Award, which celebrates amazing people who help others across the UK.
